HALO to support EPSRC grant EP/K020196/1 on Point-of-Care High Accuracy Fracture Risk Prediction

Long form:

HALO X-ray Technologies Ltd is to support an EPSRC grant on Point-of-Care High Accuracy Fracture Risk Prediction. HALO will provide access to IP for the purposes of developing new techniques and systems for the detection of osteo diseases such as osteoporosis. HALO will support the academic teams in the application of core IP in this field and in tandem develop techniques for commercially-viable medical systems, for early exploitation as OEM components or standalone point-of-care equipment.

This EPSRC grant demonstrates the continued commitment from UK government to new technologies in the medical field and is a key component for HALO to achieve early adoption and business success in this sector.
